By accessing or using SitAware.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

Use of the service

You may use SitAware.ai only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not use the site or service to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems except where prohibited by law, or use the service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.

Accounts, beta access, and accuracy

SitAware.ai may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, especially during early access.

Customer responsibilities

If you use SitAware.ai for live business calls, you are responsible for your scripts, pricebook rules, service-area configuration, emergency procedures, appointment settings, and compliance with call recording, notice, consumer protection, telemarketing, privacy, and industry-specific laws that apply to your business and customers.

You are also responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in situations where errors could create material business, legal, or safety consequences.

Intellectual property

The SitAware.ai website, software, design, branding, copy, and related materials are owned by SitAware.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for limited rights needed to use the service, these terms do not grant you ownership or any license to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display our materials without permission.

Your content

You retain rights to the information and content you submit to SitAware.ai. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, store, and use that content as needed to operate, maintain, improve, and support the service, enforce our rights, and comply with legal obligations.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to provide that content and to authorize our processing of it.

Third-party services

SitAware.ai may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as hosting providers, telephony providers, transcription providers, analytics tools, calendars, CRMs, payment processors, and identity providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or for outages, data practices, or policy changes imposed by those providers.

Disclaimers

SitAware.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case, or that outputs, transcripts, classifications, quotes, or bookings will always be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SitAware.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to SitAware.ai will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us anything.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SitAware.ai from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SitAware.ai at any time if we believe your use creates risk, violates these terms, or could harm the service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Continued use of SitAware.ai after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the SitAware.ai operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
